Warranty Coverage

Products sold through WW Spares are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage periods vary by product and brand, typically ranging from 6 to 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

For OEM (genuine) parts, warranty terms follow the manufacturer's programme. For aftermarket parts, the specific brand's warranty applies. Check the product page or packaging for details.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage in transit (covered separately by our delivery policy – notify us upon receipt)
  • Products used for racing or competition unless explicitly approved
  • Items without proof of purchase

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@wwspares.co.uk with your order number, product details, and a description of the fault.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) and, where possible, photos or diagnostic reports showing the defect.
  3. We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.
  4. We may require the faulty item to be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.

Statutory Rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Under EU consumer law, you may have additional rights in case of defective goods, including the right to repair, replacement, or refund. We will honour applicable legal requirements.
